Well Metrocon was tons of fun.
I have to say that i'm super glad I decided to go back, it was worth it. And I got to meet a really nice cosplayer off of cosplay.com who made metrocon worth while for me. I got to hang out with her all weekend.

On friday I got there late since there was traffic >.< I met up with Hina-san at about 6 I think. I was in Satoko. Then when she changed into Rika we went to the masquerade or ball. It was sort of boring because there was more acting than music and most of the music they played was for couples. So we didn't stay there long. When we left we just sort of wandered a bit and then we got to see an awesome Avatar fire show. Which was AMAZING! It totally made me want to watch Avatar (even though I told myself I never would). I'm totaly going to buy the dvd's XD But anyways after that ended we headed to the line for the rave. We stayed in line for a while. We were so tired in line, but once we got inside we were full of energy. We bought some glow sticks and then we started to dance. Honestly I didn't expect the rave to be that fun! After this experience i'm going to try and go to rave's at convention as much as I can and as long as someone is willing to go with me and dance After like an hour or two we both went back to our hotels. I would have died right when I got back, but I had to eat, take a shower and check out something that Hina-san told me to watch related to Higurashi, It's called Casey and friends. It's hilarious! I'm going to post the link because any higurashi fan should know what this is XD [link]

On saturday all of downtown Tampa was crowded! It was overrun by otaku's and people attending some red bull event. It was terrible because they invaded the convention center and also there were a bunch of drunks boring people and making rude comments. They left though, but at like 4 or 5. Anyways, on saturday I first cosplayed Keiichi with Hina-san as Rika. We had fun and were able to hang out with an awesome Rena and Hanyuu XD We took pictures, wandered around for a bit, ate and went into the dealers room until 4 I think until we both decided to change. I changed into time skip Simon. Then we just walked around, hanged out and took pictures until about 10 something and then I went to change into a comfortable outfit for the rave. My rave outfit sucked lol. At first I was going to go in Itachi, but since I didn't have any pockets in the pants I decided not to do it. So I just wore the Itachi wig, the headband, sharingan contacts, ninja shoes, capris and a black shirt. Pretty lame right. But at least it was comfortable to dance in lol. Now once I met up with Hina-san again we went to get in line for the rave, and I must say that line lasted forever! Well sort of, it lasted for two hours. We didn't get in until like 1:30. It was ridiculous because they even split us up into two lines. But it was worth it. We didn't stay long though.

On sunday I didn't really do much. I got up sort of early to pack up last minute things and then I changed into pre-time skip Nia. Then me and Hina-san went into the dealers room. I bought myself the lain dvd boxset and a d.gray-man shirt that I have wanted for a while XD Then we just hanged out for a little bit until I had to go.

Hopefully i'll get to hang out with Hina-san again!

So yeah now that Metrocon is over it's time to start on killer Otakon costumes. I just know that i'm going to die, but I also know that I will try my hardest to finish EVERYTHING.
Oh and speaking of Otakon, is anyone willing to go to the rave with me?
